Copying is theft. It undermines and blocks innovation. Copies are often poor quality and not as fully functional as the original design.

PAYMENT METHODS

The prices quoted include carriage door to door in the UK. If you are ordering from another country, please e-mail us for an exact quote.

In some countries there may be other duties to pay when you receive the goods.

Online Payment
Robin Brookes has a verified Paypal account. Send a request to pay this way with your order and he will send a Paypal invoice for the whole amount. You can pay either with a debit/credit card or via your Paypal account.

Postal Payment
In the UK please make cheques and Postal Orders payable to 'Robin Brookes'
In the rest of the world you can pay by International Money Order or by SWIFT.
REGRETFULLY CHEQUES FROM A FOREIGN BANK CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.


TERMS OF SERVICE

So that we can ensure your absolute satisfaction with our service:

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with the items supplied against any order, simply return them, to the address given within the packaging within 7 working days, for either an exchange or a refund (less postage). Please note: you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and they must be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging.

Damaged goods
Please check the goods on arrival and notify us immediately of any damage so that a claim can be made. It is important that you do not sign for a parcel which has clear signs of damage, until you have inspected the goods. You will be required to retain the goods awaiting further instruction. You will not be charged for the return of such goods, provided the claim is upheld by either the carrier (damage in transit) or ourselves (damage before despatch).

Goods damaged after you have received them are not our company's responsibility and will not be refunded.

Lost parcels
We will e-mail you when the goods have been despatched with an estimate of when you might expect them to arrive. Please notify us immediately if the parcel is two days overdue. We will make a claim and if the goods are completely lost we will replace them or refund you in full.

If we do not have exactly what you want in stock, we will either not charge you or make an immediate refund. We will keep you informed of the situation and tell you when the goods are available. We do not send similar products on the off-chance you might accept them.

The prices shown are valid until 1st November 2010

Robin Brookes reserves the right to make changes to his designs in order to improve the product.

These terms do not cancel your rights under consumer law.


PRIVACY POLICY

Environomic is aware of its responsibilities under the Data Protection Act. The Company keeps records of all customers but only information needed to conduct its every day business. We do not share these details with any third party. If you require a print-out of these details we are only too happy to oblige.
